The first time I had a "Dark 'n' Stormy" I was in Bermuda staying at my friend's Garon house with his family along with another good friend Kaori for Christmas. Garon's Dad mixed the drink in front of us so it was great to see how to make this wonderful drink. One sip and I was hooked, it was pretty hard to find it in the States, even in New York City. Fast forward a few... (Many) moons later and I am serving this drink in Tokyo. My wife Hiro is also hooked on this drink, I can totally understand why it is Bermuda's national drink.
Good news for us at Ronski's House! A little over one year after we opened our door in Tokyo, Ronski's House is the Number One restaurant in the South American Cuisine Category as of April of 2012. Big thanks goes out to our wonderful customers and friends.
